1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of websites, products, and services provided by SAPMD Sp. z o.o., operating under the brand Visehub. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

SAPMD provides data management software and related services for SAP environments, including but not limited to:

• DMW – Data Management Workbench for ETL, validation, and transformation.
• DMW-RUN – a platform for Business-as-Usual (BAU) mass data maintenance in SAP.
• LoV-MAP – Value Mapping and harmonization solution for ERP data migration projects.

Access to certain services may require registration, licensing, or participation in a Proof of Concept (PoC).

3. Accounts and Access

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and ensuring that access to their accounts is secure. SAPMD is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

4. Proof of Concept (PoC)

We offer a 5-day Proof of Concept (PoC) program allowing clients to evaluate our solutions on real SAP data scenarios. During the PoC:

• The client provides access to anonymized or test data, or sample data sets shared externally.
• SAPMD delivers configuration, validation, or data correction within the agreed scope.
• The client is responsible for ensuring compliance with its internal security and data protection policies.
• No software license is charged during the PoC period; only consulting fees apply if agreed.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SAPMD or Visehub products for illegal purposes or in ways that may harm our systems, clients, or reputation. You must not attempt to access, copy, or modify software code, databases, or integrations without prior written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, software, and content provided under the Visehub brand, including DMW, DMW-RUN, and LoV-MAP, are the intellectual property of SAPMD Sp. z o.o. or its licensors. No rights or ownership are transferred to the client except as explicitly stated in a contract.

Clients may not reproduce, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the solutions without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

While SAPMD strives to ensure reliable and secure software performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or complete error-free functionality. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAPMD is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

8. Termination

SAPMD reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its services if a user violates these Terms or engages in unlawful activity. Either party may terminate a paid or PoC engagement by providing written notice according to the terms of the individual agreement.

9. Data Privacy and Security

We process personal data in accordance with our Data Privacy Policy. All users are encouraged to review the policy to understand how data is collected, used, and protected.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts of Poznań, Poland.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
